Once you’ve started using your Reviso Online Accounting agreement you may wish your Accountant or Bookkeeper to have access to your system, maybe to check your entries on an ongoing basis or just at your yearend, or file your VAT Return for you. This function is very simple to activate and Reviso doesn’t charge you or your accountant/bookkeeper for this access.
How to give your Accountant or Bookkeeper access to Reviso
There are two ways this can be achieved, the first way is by creating your Accountant/bookkeeper as a user, you can then notify us and we will apply a discount for you, the other, listed after this section is for them to register with us and they can be added to our Administrator list. The first is explained below….
To enable access you will need to be the ‘Superuser’ or primary user for the company. Click on the Settings icon > Subscription > Users > New User ….
Under the ‘General‘ tab enter the new users details and create a password, this can be changed once the user has accessed the system…
Click on the ‘Access‘ tab, tick the areas within the system you wish your new user to access….then save. This automatically generates an email to your new user notifying them of their access details.
Alternatively, you can go to the menu option ‘Administrators‘ this list contains the Accounting practices and bookkeepers who are currently listed using Reviso, if your accountant or bookkeeper is not listed they can register to become an Administrator or you can pass their details over to us at email@example.com and we can get in touch with them to ensure they are added to our list….once listed you can return to the list, locate their details and then give them access to your system.
