How to Customize the Control Panel?

Reviso control panel, which you can find on the Home tab, can be edited and customized.

Reviso provides a standard default setup, but the data displayed on the control panel can be edited at any time.

Who can edit the control panel?

Only the Superuser of the company is able to edit the ratios shown in the control panel.

To edit the ratios, go to the Home tab to the icon with three dots, which you can find on the top right of the control panel.

Once you click on it, a field with fully editable text appears.

In order for the control panel to be able to display data, the text inside this editable field must have a specific structure. Otherwise, no data will appear on the panel.

Add your supplier to the dashboard

Reviso offers you the possibility to customize your dashboard by adding a new dashboard button. You might want to be able to add a new supplier invoice as fast as possible. Just click on the three dots on the right side of the screen and a window with the code will pop up. Simply add the following code: new-entry-top:supplier:Supplier expense::

In case you want to define a pre-selected supplier when creating a button to a new supplier invoice, add the following code: new-entry-top:supplier:Supplier expense::SUP02:`[SUPPLIER_ID]` and fill in the appropriate supplier ID.

*SUP02 stands for the name of a template that we created. Supplier ID is a digit, which is the identifier of the supplier.

Now you will be able to create supplier invoices on the go.

How to edit the control panel?

As mentioned above, all graphs, images, and indicators have to be introduced in a specific structure and separated from each other by commas (,).

You can use the following widgets:

In case you prefer the default setting, you can always click on revert to default and the dashboard will show the very basic default setup.
