What is Reviso Control Panel?

The Reviso control panel can be found within the Home tab. By default, you will see a series of balances and control ratios, however, the entire panel is customizable.

This means that you can configure your control panel with the most important information for you and the control of your company. At a glance, you will see the most important data to understand how your business is going.

Reviso control panel provides you with four bar charts and a control ratios.

The first two bar charts show you information regarding expiration dates of the customer invoices and when you can expect payments of the issued invoices. The chart on the left shows daily data for a period of 30 days, and the one on the right reflects monthly data.

The following two charts show you information regarding expiration dates of the supplier invoices and by when payments of the received invoices shall be completed. The chart on the left shows daily data for a period of 30 days, and the one on the right reflects monthly data.

You will see 4 control indicators on:

  • Balance in cash and bank accounts – the total of your cash, bank and deposit accounts.
  • Revenue year to date – this indicator shows you your revenue starting from the first day of your calendar/fiscal year up to the current date.
  • Gross margin – total sales revenue, which is retained by your business after deducting the direct costs when producing goods and services the company offers.
  • Gross Profit – the gross profit of your company in percents
You will be up to date with all data regarding your business. Only in one glance!
