From the Sales> Employees menu it is possible to register your list of employees or agents. Once the list has been created, it is possible to enter the name of the employee in the sales documents created to later be able to calculate their commission.
Once the employee or agents profile has been created, it is possible to grant access to Reviso through a specific user, with limited visibility to customers and documents strictly related to that employee or agent.
Employees or sales representatives may have a user profile to access the app. Each individual employee, when on the move, can create orders, quotations and invoices directly from their Smartphone and send, in real time, the documents to the Reviso program.
The administrator finds, in the mobile application, all the documents created and sent by all employees or sales representatives. The administrator can modify and / or associate a specific employee with each document at any time.
For sales made by employees or agents, it maybe necessary to periodically calculate the commission to be paid to each of them.
Reviso makes available to users a tool to calculate employee or agents commission, based on the requirements of each company, through a spreadsheet in Google Sheets.
The feature, with all the basic settings, is available and customizable within Reviso at no additional cost. Also, the use of the Reviso Sales mobile app is completely free for both employees and administrators.
The spreadsheet made available is only a starting point for calculating commissions. The proposed sheet can be copied as many times as needed, modifying or adding new formulas to perform new calculations, dynamic tables for the analysis of sales per employee or commissions to be recognized and even graphics to analyze the billing made by each salesperson.
