The forecast balance of expenses and income (budget) is an accounting document in which the forecasts related to a future balance are indicated.
For each account in the accounting table, the value of the budget for a specific period can be inserted, which can then be compared with the real value. The budget values can be imported from an Excel csv file.
From the Reports> Accounting area, you can verify the accounting budget entered, choosing the desired period, the monthly or quarterly format, the accounts and the cost centres affected.
Define the cost centre, use them in the record of your accounting operations and consult the reports to analyze the results by centre.
In each accounting record it is possible to indicate the start and end date of the operation or accounting event and, thus, automatically create the records for accruals and prepayments.
It is possible to customize your control panel at any time, adding the business indicators (KPI) that you prefer, taking advantage of the accounting values.
